Hello everyone! This is Brian Marks the Owner of VSTCG and I wanted to make a public post to assist with what will be a lot of emails, DM’s, PM’s, phone calls and social media complaints. We have been informed by our distributors that we will be allocated for 2021 mega tins BUT we also know that we will have waves of tins coming as well that may fill the orders that we will not be able to fill on day one of release. Right now we are looking at 92 of 500+ orders that will not be fulfilled at this time. I have attached a video below of someone talking about this and we hope you understand we wish we didn’t have to do this but unfortunately some customers will have the orders cancelled. “Due to continued supply chain issues, some of our upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG products may be shipped in waves to ensure that all distributors, and their stores, have some product available in time for the release date. The 2021 Tin of Ancient Battles is one of the upcoming products with distribution spread out in waves and will require multiple shipments until distributors receive their full order. Please be patient, as all stores will be stocked up, but not fully on the release date. Please check with your stores for when they will have additional inventory.”
We still have not received any new shipment of Ancient Battles. We understand your frustration during this unexpected time but we ask that you please understand that we do not have control over production or as Konami said “supply chain issues”.

Lastly for those of you who are upset with us not responding to you fast enough, we have looked and a large amount of people are trying to reach us while we are closed. Please contact us during normal business hours and we will try and get back to you in the order in which your message is received.

As for everything else being ordered, pre-ordered we are shipping on time.
Today we received some disappointing information in regards to Ancient Battles and unfortunately had to refund some orders. We have been trying to reach out to third party vendors but we have not been able to reach a deal. To see if your order was cancelled and refunded please check your account by logging in and checking your orders or your email. If you email, message us on live chat, or call please understand we will have a wait time most likely as we are short staffed and we will try and get back to you as soon as possible.
